SHIPPING POLICY
JSBF will take 4 to 5 business days to process ALL Standard orders. Business days are Mondays to
Fridays EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Please allow up to 4-5 business days after your
payment is cleared for your order to be shipped and received. Expedited shipping will take 2-3
business days (not including weekends or public holidays) after your payment has been cleared. All
orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be honoured on the next business day. All customers will receive
their tracking number via email or text as soon as shipping label is created for you. It is your
responsibility to track your orders once it has been shipped.
Each customer will receive an estimated delivery time after your order has been placed. Please be
advised that shipping rates are based on the weight of the items. To mirror the policies of the shipping
companies, we round off all weights to the next full pound; for example: 2.9 lbs will be rounded off to
3 lbs.
RETURN POLICY
There will be no refund issued for hair extensions purchased. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. This is the reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of ordering the product, However, there will be a $30 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of original purchase date.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. The Item must be returned in its original state and package. Hair that is returned other than its original state will not be eligible for a replacement and you will have to pay for it to be returned to you.
LOST & STOLEN POLICY
If after you have tracked your package and you have experienced difficulty finding it, please contact
us by email immediately. We will contact the shipping company regarding your package and initiate
an investigation immediately. Please be advised that an investigation of this nature might take up to 8-
10 business days. JSBF has no control of the length of the investigation. If it is determined that your
shipment has been lost in transit, you will be compensated by the shipping company. If the product is
returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you regarding re-ship.
If you do not receive a tracking number, inform us promptly. Incomplete or incorrect address
information is the chief cause of shipping delays. Please check the address information on your order.
Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your
package safe and on time.
A signature is required for the receipt of all orders upon arrival at the given address so as to reinforce
accountability. If you are unavailable to collect your package on the expected day/time of delivery
you can request to have your package held at your local USPS, FEDEX or UPS office. USPS,
FEDEX, UPS will make more than one attempt to deliver your package. If you are not home and no
one is available to sign for your package they may leave a notice indicating that they made an attempt
to deliver your package at the address that you provided. They will also leave a telephone number for
you to make contact with them as it relates to your package delivery. It is the customer's responsibility
to arrange for package pick-ups. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Use your tracking number to track your package in
transit. All our packages will be insured and delivered by UPS, USPS OR FEDEX. It is our desire to
ensure that all our packages are delivered on or before time to you our valued customers. If your
package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional
information, please contact us promptly.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of ordering your chosen product,

RETURNS
JSBF will only accept the return of goods on the basis that you have truly received the wrong item(s).
All returns must be in its original state and packaging. If the hair is returned and there are any signs of
previous use the product will not be eligible for replacement and you will have to pay for it to be sent
back to you. If the product that you have ordered is unavailable, you will be contacted immediately by
phone or email. At this time, you may change your order if you so wish. If you are interested in a
product substitution and this is unavailable the choice is yours to cancel the order completely. JSBF
will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
